Reed Fencing
Nothing makes a garden stand
above the rest like adding that classic outdoor feel. Reed
fencing does just that. Usable in both indoor and outdoor
applications, nothing can add a “Paradise” atmosphere like having a
reed fencing backdrop.
Use it to enhance certain
parts or your garden, or even use it to create outdoor rooms and
spaces.
Instead of using bamboo to
provider shade on your patio or porch, consider reed fencing as it
adds a distinct character.
Many use reed fencing to
cover up existing chain link fencing structures.
Since reed
fencing itself isn’t very sturdy this is the most preferable method
to provider support. You will want to make sure that you keep
it from touching the ground directly because any natural substance
will have a tendency to rot if it is in constant contact with
moisture.
Some people have found that
by covering their chain-linked fences with reed fencing they are
able to enjoy a more private yard area and even protect their yard
from wind damage.
For inside use make your own
Tiki bar by stapling reed fencing to plywood.
Bamboo poles themselves can
be expensive, but reed fencing can give the same look and feel
without becoming a financial burden.
Turn an office or extra room
into a paradise getaway by stapling the reed fencing to the walls
or even ceiling. With so many uses indoor and out, this
rustic style of fencing can add just the right touch to any
area.
Most reed fencing comes in
rolls and is banded together with vinyl-covered wire to increase
durability. Reed fencing has a general life expectancy of
about 25 years when properly cared for which is often a lot longer
then traditional wooden fences will last.. Natural reed grass
is an exceptional rustic choice when looking to add privacy to a
space.
