Attach it to any kind of post & rail fence to serve as a humane way of containing animals.

You can also cut it to shape and use it to keep birds and other animals from getting into your home via pipes, dryer vents even chimneys. It also serves as a trap to keep debris like trash or blowing leaves from getting into openings as well.

Don’t stop there; bury a wire fence in order to serve as a barrier against burrowing creatures. You can also fasten wire fencing around your delicate landscaping like trees and shrubs for protection.

Most often you will find welded wire fencing in 4ftx100ft rolls. From there you can choose what “gauge” or strength you are looking for. Other options include how much space the mesh of the fence has. Common measurements are ¼ to ½ inch openings but you can also find one to two inch meshes as well. Make sure you determine the correct type of fencing you need and why so that you can get the most benefit from it. Welded wire fencing is much more economical then chain linked fences and is much easier to use, requiring less time and less equipment.

For About 10 Years Our Neighbor Had Been Piling Debris Against Our Split Rail/chicken Wire Fence.?

Two years ago the fence collapsed and my husband replaced it with a sturdy stockade fence. It kept their debris out of our yard and we didn't have to look at it any longer. Last weekend we discovered out neighbor was using a backhoe to push all his debris against our fence. He then blocked off the mess with a fence of his own! He has put a gate in his fence, and my husband and I can only guess that he will keep adding his debris in that space, eventually breaking our new fence! Any suggestio

Is There Any Reason I Can't Use Copper Wire To Tie A Chain Link Fence?

I have about 12 feet of 14 gauge bare copper wire I want to use to tie a chain link fence. I ran out of the aluminum that is standard for tying chain link fences. It would cost me about $20 to buy more aluminum wire and I want to keep my $20 I can't think of a reason why I can't do this but just to make sure I thought I would see if anyone else knew of a reason this should not be done. .
