Let the posts settle for about a week before you do anything more; remember to brace them. While you’re waiting to finish construction, consider rounding out and capping the tips of your fence posts – as this will ensure that your fence has a long lifetime.

After the posts are firmly positioned into the ground, you can then proceed to nail a bottom and top rail to each post. Then you can finally determine what style of fence you want. Some people prefer simple wire fencing, but others want more decorative, private fencing.
